Choose from 8 to 16 week programs, customised to fit your unique goals and schedule. With our support, you'll be ready to conquer any distance and achieve your running dreams! To tailor your training plan, we'll begin with a questionnaire to assess your current fitness level and future goals. This will allow us to create a plan that fits your schedule and training availability. If Mondays don't work for you, that's okay – we'll design your plan around your specific needs, including any club sessions, cross-training and races. Our personalised one-time plan is perfect for those who aren't ready to commit to one-on-one coaching but still want flexibility in their training.
